Guide:For ordinary B3 motors, the requirements are relatively small. For the B35 motors, in addition to the items mentioned above, the diameter and relative position of the mounting holes on the flange cover and the runout of the flange cover end faces are also required.
The motor is a special machine to be combined with the supporting equipment, so the motor product will involve some specific installation dimensions and shape tolerance requirements. The most direct mounting dimensions on the motor include the center height, the diameter of the foot hole, the relative position of the foot hole, the shaft extension diameter, the shape of the shaft extension keyway, the width, the depth, the symmetry, etc., and the shaft extension of the whole product. Bounce, and the flange cover of the flange motor jumps.

Detecting the runout of the shaft extension of the whole machine, generally using a dial gauge, fixing the dial indicator to the position of the end cover or the base, rotating the shaft of the motor to measure the corresponding runout condition; and for the flange end cover, The machining process is carried out on the whole machine. When testing on the whole machine, the dial indicator can be fixed on the shaft extension, the rotation shaft extension, and the flange cover diameter and the end face runout condition are detected.
It should be specially stated that when checking the runout of the whole machine, the influence of the axial and radial movement of the bearing on the measured value should be fully considered.
How does the dial gauge work?
The dial indicator is a small linear movement of the measuring rod caused by the measured size, which is amplified by the gear transmission and becomes the rotation of the pointer on the dial, thereby reading the size of the measured size. The dial indicator is a measuring instrument that uses a rack gear or a lever gear to change the linear displacement of the rod into an angular displacement of the pointer.
Dial indicator usage precautions
● Check the flexibility of the measuring rod activity before use. That is, when the measuring rod is gently pushed, the movement of the measuring rod in the sleeve is flexible, without any stuck phenomenon, and the pointer can return to the original scale position after each hand is released.
● When using, the dial indicator must be fixed on a reliable holder. Don't be tempted to save trouble, just pinch it in an unstable place, otherwise it will easily lead to inaccurate measurement results or break the dial indicator.
● When measuring, do not make the stroke of the measuring rod exceed its measuring range, do not make the head suddenly hit the workpiece, and do not use the dial gauge to measure the surface roughness or work with significant unevenness.
● When measuring the plane, the measuring rod of the dial gauge should be perpendicular to the plane. When measuring the cylindrical workpiece, the measuring rod should be perpendicular to the center line of the workpiece. Otherwise, the measuring rod will be inactive or the measurement result will be inaccurate.
● To facilitate reading, the large pointer is usually pointed to the zero position of the dial before measurement.
